This documentary project ADAMA = land in Hebrew,
presents an exclusive glimpse into the unique lifestyle of the farmers living in the Judea and Samaria mountains of Israel- the heart of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict over the land.
These farms are home to families with children, and volunteers. They live in temporary structures in solitude, and are self-sufficient for all their basic needs. There daily routine is to take the sheep out to pasture, thereby establishing their presence over the farm area. The farmers, religious Orthodox Jews are simple people who left their normal lifestyles for ideological reasons preserving the ownership of the land.
These individuals trusted me enough and allowed me to enter their personal lives, that are perhaps being shown for the first time ever.
